TERMS FOR ALL BOOKINGS

CHANGES IN PARTY NUMBERS

We understand that plans are subject to change, however to ensure the smooth running of our bar and maintain a prompt service to our customers, it is vital that you inform us ahead of time of any significant changes in your party's numbers. 

LATE / PARTIAL ARRIVALS

Your table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after your booking time. After this time, your booking will be cancelled and the tables offered up to other customers. It is vital that you inform us if you are running late for your booking. 

In cases where part of a group do not arrive on time, it is at the managers discretion wether to hold the full table for up to a further 30 minutes, or to offer part of the area back to other customers.

PAYMENT / CHARGES

To book a party package at Gin71, a card detail is required to secure your booking. Until the a card detail is stored on file against your booking, we will continue to take enquiries for the date in question. We urge all interested groups to provide a card detail to secure their booking at the earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

Gin71 charges a service charge of 10% on all party bookings.

TABLE POLICY

Tables for large parties are subject to our table policy. We respectfully ask that customers vacate their tables after the required time in order to allow other customers to experience Gin71.

PROOF OF AGE / ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR

Gin71 operates on a zero-tolerance policy with regards to both underage drinking and inappropriate behaviour. Proof of age will be required for every guest wishing to purchase alcohol. Gin71 will not tolerate any abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards it's staff or other customers.

GIN TASTING TICKETS/VOUCHERS

Gin Tasting Tickets can be refunded or transferred to a different event up to 7 days before the event booked. You can do this by visiting www.gin71tastings.com, clicking 'Manage My Booking' and entering your booking confirmation code. 

Within 7 days of your event, tickets are not refundable and non-transferrable. 

Unused gift vouchers for Gin Tasting events can be refunded up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Refunds for these must be authorised by the person who originally bought the items and any refunded amount will be returned to the original method of payment only.
